SUMMARY:
Technical Trainer, East Rand
Delivering Technical Training on agriculture products and systems
- Collate and gather information for development of material
- Coaching of dealers on problem solving methodology
- To “own” the material for products of responsibility in the market place
- Represent agricultural brands in a professional manor
- Be responsible for health & safety and the general conduct of attendees during training courses
- Identify gaps in the training offering and knowledge of both internal and external people, to be shared with the training manager.

Technical Trainer, East Rand

- Have an awareness of different training techniques that could be used.
Knowledge of the agricultural industry and applications of the machines
