Technical Service Manager

Our client in the industrial engineering sector is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead and elevate service operations. This pivotal leadership role requires strong technical capability, operational insight, and a people-focused approach to drive end-to-end service delivery, ensure consistent customer satisfaction, and foster continuous improvement across diverse industrial environments.

Job Description:

• Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary technical service team to consistently deliver best-in-class service outcomes
• Oversee daily service operations, including planning, scheduling, workflow coordination, and quality assurance
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing technical and service-related challenges with professionalism and urgency
• Manage departmental budgets and track key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency and cost control
• Drive targeted initiatives to strengthen team capability, accountability, and overall service performance

• Minimum of five years’ experience leading technical or service teams, supported by solid mechanical and electrical expertise
• Practical, hands-on exposure to PLCs, SCADA, HMI systems, conveyors, and rotating equipment
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary technical teams in demanding environments
• Strong background in maintenance, field service, and workshop operations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric, solutions-driven mindset

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field
• Experience managing technical service operations in an industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally and internationally
