POSITION INFO:

Technical Service Clerk– Epping – Cape Town

National company is seeking to employ an experienced Technical service Clerk to join their well-established team.

Daily Duties

  • Ensure that you provide quality and efficient Customer Service
  • Accurately determine customer needs through interaction with clients and ensure accurate processing thereof.
  • Sales Leads Generation
  • Risk and Compliance
  • Adhere to legislation and regulatory requirements as applicable, i.e. CASA, FICA, NCA.
  • Verify the customer’s identity according to procedures prior to proceeding with any enquiry or transaction. Where customers are unable to produce acceptable identity documentation, refer issue to Manager to take decision on whether to proceed with the customer’s request

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • 2 years in similar role
  • Computer Literacy skills
  • Clear sounding voice
  • Able to work in a demanding environment
