SUMMARY:
A client based in Germiston is looking for aÂ motivated Technical Sales Representative to join their team

POSITION INFO:

Desired Experience & Qualification

The ideal candidate will have a background in trades such as Fitter, Turner, Machinist, or a similar field, and is looking to transition from a machining/shop environment into sales
Trade background (Fitter, Turner, Machinist, or similar).
Basic PC skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Willingness to travel regularly.
Sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Duties & Responsibilities

Generate and develop leads through proactive, âhunterâ sales approach.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Identify client needs and provide technical solutions.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Travel to client sites as required.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Package & Remuneration

R25 000 - R30 000 per month + Company phone, Fuel card & Car allowance
Additionally, commissions will be between 1% & 1.5% of total sales made
