In search of a Technical Sales Rep with Tooling / Engineering Experience to join our Dynamic team in the Edenvale Area

Seeking a candidate with a strong technical aptitude, is a fast learner, who can communicate effectively (writing, speaking and listening), has a strong work ethic, understands the latest marketing methods, trends and systems, has practical problem-solving abilities (work with clients) and is confident to find and engage with new and existing clients.

Responsibilities
• Lead and Sales Generation to reach the company’s turnover and profit targets.
• Customer Care in accordance with company standards.
• Follow existing company procedures and workflows
• Maximizing and driving sales by exemplary leadership.
• Promote a positive image of the company through high-quality customer service.
• Product Knowledge and Self Development in the latest industry trends.
• Continuous Personal Improvement.
• Improving overall product knowledge.
• Man the front desk, answer calls and provide technical assistance to clients when required.
• Work with management to build the company and realise the company’s vision.
• Identify opportunities that align with the company’s values and market niche.
• Process orders and follow through to completion.
• Research existing clients and prospects and keep the company’s data base up to date.
   Desired Experience, competencies, and Qualifications
• Senior certificate (Grade 12) with a mechanical qualification post Matric
• 2 - 3 Years within a sales / senior sales position for a technical company (Manufacturing)
• Valid driver’s license 
• Computer literate, able to operate MS office products
• Have knowledge of Google Business suite and marketing platforms
