POSITION INFO:

As a result of their continued growth and ongoing expansion in the market place, our client, a company providing cutting edge technology and tooling innovation, wishes to appoint a Senior Technical Sales Engineer in their Johannesburg Division.

The successful incumbent must provide excellent customer service to existing accounts while consistently developing new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Capability to generate sales

• Dynamic, goal orientated personality

• Effective time management and organizational skills

• High sense of urgency

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Knack in overcoming objections and strong negotiating skills

• Excellent verbal and written skills

• 2-3 years external sales experience

• Matric certificate

• Valid driver’s license and own reliable motor vehicle

• Previous exposure to carbide tooling will be advantageous

Qualifications

• Qualified artisan or equivalent experience in Engineering

• 3+ years of relevant experience

• Strong negotiation skills

• Interpersonal skills
