SUMMARY:
A Engineering Company in Krugersdorp is looking for an esteemed Technical Sales Admin to promote and sell its products while developing returns and managing customer relationships.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Sell current products & services via phone, email and other online channels
• Hunt for new customers, products & markets.
• Cross border sales into Africa
• Chase sales targets & volumes
• Attend to sales enquiries.
• Maintain customer data base & relationship
• Attend to customer complaints
• Expediting - Keep customers up to date on orders & stock
• Order taking – Local & International
• Order processing – Local & International
• Printing Sales Orders – Local & International
• Write Sales Orders in register when sending to stores.
• Check data accuracy on quotes, customer orders & sales orders
• Sales orders to Stores must be ready for collection every morning
• Quotations – Local & International
• Verification of stock availability
• Daily filing of orders, waybills and invoices
• Send out customer surveys
• Other administrative duties as required from time to time
• Switchboard and Reception duties

Education/Professional Qualifications
• Matric (Grade 12)
• Office Administration Certificate or equivalent
• Mechanical Engineering Qualification
• Microsoft Office Suite Computer Literacy

Work Experience & Skill requirement
• Min 3 Years’ sales experience in an engineering or similar industry
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience with online business portals such as Ariba, Coupa, M2N or similar.
• Strict adherence to Company philosophy, mission statement and sales goals.
• knowledge of the brand and product preferred.
• Numeracy accuracy and methodical.
• knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
• Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
