SUMMARY:
Technical Sales position based in Cape Town

POSITION INFO:

Our client is looking for a Technical Sales representative in Cape Town.

Cold calling and opening new doors and business opportunities
Maintain and enhance existing client base
Manage and track targets – feedback to management
Assist with routine technical and admin duties within the business
Continuous building of client base
Keep abreast of competition and suppliers - source new suppliers where possible
Familiarise with applicable standards and laws & ensure client and internal compliance

Requirements:

At least 3+ years’ experience (preferably technical sales)
Successful and proven track record in external sales
Matric with Maths skills
Computer literacy (Excel essential)
No credit or criminal record
Technical skills/ Trade - preferably plumbing
Driving license (Code EC or EC1 would be an advantage)
Great communication skills & propriety
Self-starter & self-motivated
