SUMMARY:
An International Mining Company has a contract vacancy for a Technical Review Board Administrator. The TSRB Administrator will be responsible for the administration of the Technical Solutions Review Board architecture governance forum

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Spanish or Portuguese language skills WILL BE A HUGE ADVANTAGE.
Experience working in a globally dispersed team
Experience working in a large enterprise Information Management function
Experience with PowerBI/dashboards

Drive requests for TSRB approval of designs through the process
Maintain TSRB approval board (Azure DevOps)
Issue design templates to requesters
Manage and maintain design document repositories (iServer and Sharepoint)
Schedule TSRB meetings, take minutes and manage agendas
Ensure the timely review of documents and responses to questions/comments
Produce reports & analysis on TSRB review process & KPIs
Meeting minutes
Meeting agendas
TSRB review request record
