Well Establish Company based in the Germiston Area are looking for an experienced Technical Recruitment Consultant to join their team in the new year 2023

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities

Actively sourcing candidates and build candidate talent pools
Attend client job briefings, face to face or virtually
Submit candidate profiles that match client/role requirements
Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks
Arrange and assist candidates prepare for interview
Conduct screening and background checks
Maintain database and ensure quality
Providing reports on pipeline
Basic recruitment admin

Experience

2+ years’ experience as a recruitment consultant within an Agency
Proven track record of successful billings as a recruitment consultant
Experience in Technical / Manufacturing recruitment is highly beneficial
Experience with on-line recruitment platforms i.e. Placement Partner, Pnet, Indeed, Careers 24 e.t.c.
Basic salary + Commission
Remote or hybrid work structure
