We are looking for a self driven, goal and result oriented Technical Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

INHERENT REQUIREMENTS
·         Matric
·         Experience as a Technical Recruitment Consultant
·         Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
·         Ability to work under pressure and deadline driven

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
·         Develop business through regular client contact and account management
·         Maintain and service existing clients
·         Source candidates using traditional and non-traditional methodologies
·         Cold calling both candidates and clients
·         Achieve daily, weekly and monthly activity and billings targets
·         Record detailed job specifications from clients
·         Compile and place vacancies on all available job portals
·         Responsible for MIE checks
·         Typing of CV’s on Oxyon format
·         Conducting background checks
·         360 Recruitment
·         TES and perm recruitment

GENERAL
WORKING HOURS
