SUMMARY:
An opportunity for a Technical Recruiter in the TES sector is available to be based in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• 5 Years+ Recruitment and Selection experience with 3 years specific focus on recruiting technical skill (Artisans etc.)
• Computer Literacy - (MS Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Valid Driver’s License with own reliable vehicle essential.
• Semi-skilled recruitment and selection experience essential.
• Third language will be an advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and candidates.
• Deadline driven and willing to work under extreme pressure.
• Strong approach to administrative tasks.

• Proactive approach of relevant candidates on the market by sourcing and recruiting technically skilled candidates in demographically isolated areas
• Building of relevant database to support clients’ needs
• Ability to match skills according to client needs, across manufacturing, mining, petrochemical etc. within the required time frame.
• Compiling of adverts and effective screening of response.
• Networking to ensure strong database of skills
• Conduct detailed competency-based interviews and references on applicants.
• Establish long-term relationships with candidates.
• Review and understand technical job requirements.
• Achieve weekly and monthly set targets.
• Ensuring candidates attending interviews with clients are prepared 48 hours prior to interview.
• Format CV’s accordingly to meet client expectations
