SUMMARY:
An opportunity for a Perm Technical Recruiter is available to be based in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• 5 years Recruitment and Selection experience with 3 years specific focus on recruiting candidates with technical skills for Manufacturing, Mining, Petrochemical etc.  (Artisans, Engineers, Production etc.)
• Proven track record of relevant placements made
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and candidates
• Ability to match skills according to client needs, across manufacturing, mining, petrochemical etc. within the required time frame
• Deadline driven and willing to work under extreme pressure
• Computer literate (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Strong approach to administrative tasks
• Third language will be an advantage
• Valid driver’s license with own reliable vehicle

• Proactively build a candidate database on the market, by sourcing and recruiting technically skilled candidates in demographically isolated areas 
• Build up database to support clients’ needs
• Compile adverts and effective screening of response
• Networking to ensure strong database of skills
• Conduct detailed competency-based interviews and references on applicants
• Establish long-term relationships with candidates
• Review and understand technical job requirements
• Achieve weekly and monthly set targets
• Ensure that candidates attending interviews with clients are prepared 48 hours prior to interview
• Format CV’s accordingly to meet client expectations
