Technical Recruiter (Permanent) in the Engineering, Mining & Construction, Oil & Gas, Roads & Infrastructure sectors.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

KPR a leading Technical Recruitment CompanyÂ have a vacancy for a self-driven and energetic Technical Recruiter who has a growth mindset with an acute understanding of people and relationships to join our existing dynamic team of consultants to identify and source candidates.

This position is office based in Bedfordview, Johannesburg.

Responsibilities

Researching and identifying candidates
Managing candidate screening processes and shortlisting CVs
Source talent using direct sourcing methods with the best-in-class tools
Working collaboratively with Business Development Consultants to assist in reviewing applications, short listing potential candidates and reference checks to ensure the suitability of applicants prior to submitting CVs to the client.
Provide an engaging and ethical experience for candidates
Maintain a pipeline of engaged candidates
Developing a good understanding of client companiesâ structure, services offered, culture and working environment.

Experience

Minimum of 8 yearsâ combined recruiting experience (agency/ internal), preferable recruiting staff for Engineering Consultants, Project Houses related to the Mining & Construction, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas and Power Generation sectors.
Fast paced recruitment background (agency / internal)
Proven experience using proactive sourcing techniques to search, identify and engage talented individuals including (LinkedIn, Pnet, Job Boards, social media, Head Hunting, etc.)
An understanding of the BCEA, Labour Relations Act and Income tax laws

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills

APSO accredited recruiter with minimum eight years recruitment experience
Employment Service Business Management NQF Level 5
Technical recruitment experience essential
Strong communication skills including ability to clearly articulate information and ideas orally and in writing
Proven record of accomplishment in providing quality personnel for clients for the various job positions
Interpersonal skills
