A leading multi-service provider is looking for a Technical Project Co-ordinator to join their team. You will be responsible for keeping detailed project notes and creating project schedules and task lists. You will monitor project progress, update timelines, and filter deliverables to project teams.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a technical project co-ordination role
3-year diploma advantageous
Experience working in an ISP
Experience with project tracking software (ZoHO or similar)
Experience with Office (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with project billing
Experience with the full procurement cycle from vendor coordination, quoting clients, sourcing stock, and following up on deliveries
Above average communication skills both written and spoken
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
Creative problem-solving skills with an out-of-the-box approach
Work independently and be a team player
High attention to detail
