Technical Office Assistant

POSITION INFO:

Technical Office Assistant is required for a company based in JohannesburgNorth.Ideal candidate must have experience within the Finance .Strong in Excel with a B Com in Accounting is essential.

The ideal candidate will be a mature person who has exceptional interpersonal skills to liaise with people at all levels, as well as the ability to work independently and within a team, deadline orientated.

The incumbent will be responsible for the following key performance areas:

• Cashbook/Bank reconciliation

Statutary Returns - dealing with all SARS submissions

• Income Recognition

• Managing petty cash

• Attending to queries

• Cost Control

Requirements:

Finance Qualification

• 3-5years’ experience in a finance environment (Bank Reconciliation)

• MS Office / Advance Excel

• Attention to detail

Mast have a B Com in Accounting
