Technical Meetings Specialist and Data Analyst

POSITION INFO:

 Join a leading financial company Rosebank

• Identify and understand the meaning of data no matter how it is structured, where it is located or the origin of the data.
• Store data in an easily accessible and understandable format for ease of use and access.
• Package data so that it can be easily shared.
• Combine data from disparate systems to create a unified view of the data across the organisation.
• Detailing and customisation of Issuers meetings data, not an off-the-shelf, “one size fits all” approach.
• Create actionable, data reports for Issuers.
• Creation of flexible reports, to enable Issuers with continuous improvement and decision making.
• Ability to connect with all departments of the organisation, to source shareholder data and issue reports.
• Manage data in a systematic way that supports business strategy.
• Preparation and attendance of Issuer meetings including pre-meetings
• Facilitation of electronic and manual AGM’s and other shareholder meetings, including back office processing
• Managing risk
• Checking and designing processes and procedures

 Skills required

 Educational background/Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Computer Science or Business Information Management, or Economics or Statistics or Finance minimum
• Three to four years relevant experience
