Technical Marketing Representative - Northern Cape

SUMMARY:

An established subsidiary of an international Agricultural Technology company is seeking an experienced Technical Marketing Specialist to coordinate and support Crop Solutions Specialists within the Northern Cape Region.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for the role:

• Must have a BSc. Degree in Agriculture (Soil Science)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience within a similar role is essential
• A solid background in soil and plant nutrition will be required
• Carbology nutrition knowledge will be advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are important
• Good analytical and numerical skills with technical savvy are required
• Must have good leadership skills

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing support to Crop Solution Specialists through programs, manuals and training.
• Marketing the plant nutrition product portfolio as a whole.
• Offering plant nutrition support to the Northern Cape region.
• Functioning as regional coordinator for the Crop Solution Specialists in the assigned area.
• Providing Specialists with the necessary solutions to enable growers to achieve sustainable farming goals.

Salary package is highly negotiable depending on experience
