SUMMARY:

An established subsidiary of an international Agricultural Technology company is seeking an experienced Technical Marketing Specialist to coordinate and support Crop Solutions Specialists within the KwaZulu Natal region.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for the role:

Must have a BSc. Degree in Agriculture (Soil Science)
Minimum 3 years’ experience within a similar role is essential
A solid background in soil and plant nutrition will be required
Carbology nutrition knowledge will be advantageous
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are important
Good analytical and numerical skills with technical savvy are required
Must have good leadership skills

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Providing support to Crop Solution Specialists through programs, manuals and training.
Marketing the plant nutrition product portfolio as a whole.
Offering plant nutrition support to the KZN region.
Functioning as regional coordinator for the Crop Solution Specialists in the assigned area.
Provide Specialists with the necessary solutions to enable growers to achieve sustainable farming goals.

Salary package is highly negotiable depending on experience
