We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for a Technical Co-ordinator to join their dynamic operations team in Century City. This is not a replacement position — it is a brand-new role, created to strengthen internal processes and enhance service delivery.

POSITION INFO:
What You Bring | Experience:

• A strong technical background (network experience beneficial)
• Excellent organisation, scheduling, and time management skills
• Advanced Excel ability (formulas, filtering, calculations)
• Ability to stay calm and productive under pressure
• A solutions-driven, “think-ahead” approach
• Reliability, loyalty, and strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of MPS environments is beneficial

• Manage and maintain MPS Monitor and other print monitoring tools
• Generate, analyse, and act on system reports
• Ensure print fleet devices are monitored accurately and optimised

• Log, plan, schedule, and coordinate installations and service calls
• Coordinate engineers’ calendars and track job cards
• Follow up on open tickets and order parts where needed
• Keep SLA customers informed and updated

• Handle warranty claims (Lexmark & HP)
• Assist with quotes, invoicing, and billing (CPC & SLA)
• Track and manage consumable levels across multiple platforms
• Compare supplier pricing and ensure cost control
• Assist with escalations, costings, reinstatements, and contract admin
• Provide remote and onsite technical support to customers
