SUMMARY:
One of our clients in the manufacturing industry is looking to hire an experienced Technical Call Centre Agent. The successful incumbent will be responsible for handling technical calls and resolving customer queries. Applications are limited, apply today ?.

POSITION INFO:

The Ideal Candidate

Must have a minimum of 2 + year’s working experience in the manufacturing industry.
Must have troubleshooting and technical support experience.
Must have extensive customer experience.

Duties include:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails.
Management and resolve customer complaints.
Identify and escalate issues to the Technical Support Manager
Provide product and service information to customers.
Research required information using available resources.
Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software.
Process tickets per received call/query.
Route calls to appropriate resources
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.
Follow up customer calls where necessary.
Upsell products and services by forwarding such to the National Sales Manager
Complete call logs and reports
Other duties as assigned by the Technical Support Manager

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification – Grade 12.
