SUMMARY:
Our client in the Fintech industry is urgently looking for a Technical Analyst to work remotely, to focus on design and analysis in the areas of organization and planning information technology. The successful candidate will mediate between the product owner, the development team, and their business stakeholders to assist in the development requirements needed for the business.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Focus on the people side of change in systems and technology, processes, job roles, and skills, as well as organizational structures
Increase employee engagement, and in the same vein empower senior management as change sponsors
Work to drive ultimate utilization, faster adoption, and higher proficiency on change impacted on personnel in the organization for business results to be achieved
Analyze, facilitate, model, and organize information to reconcile conflicts, elicit requirements and distinguish solution ideas from business needs
Document customer requirements as outlined by the business users
Ensure that the designs meet the company’s technical standards.
Performing system analyses on software programs, applications, and web services.
Determining system efficiency and functionality by liaising with internal departments and end-users.
Reporting to Management and obtaining approval for system development projects.
Efficiently integrating new systems, programs, and applications with business operations and services.
Analyzing and improving the performance of web-based customer portals and support services.
Ensuring end-user proficiency with new systems, programs, and applications across departments.
Monitoring product licenses and ensuring compliance with IT industry regulations

Requirements:

Matric
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, and an accredited qualification in Management Consultancy, or similar.
3+ years’ work experience in full systems development
Ability to effectively influence and lead multiple levels of an organization through functional boundaries
Solid knowledge of relevant technology concepts (e.g. mainframe, client-server, relational databases, and web-based architectures)
Must have a solid working knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts (e.g. reporting, querying software, OLAP, spreadsheets, dashboards, and data mining)
Extensive experience in technical business analysis in a related industry.
Advanced knowledge of programming languages like SQL and system integration solutions.
Ability to facilitate internal end-user proficiency.
Ability to design and maintain efficient customer portal support and feedback channels.
Ensuring optimal system functionality via integrated diagnostics.
Advanced knowledge of data security and encryption.
Ability to keep up with IT advancements.
Knowledge of relevant licensing and industry compliance regulations.
