Technical Administrator / Client Liaison

SUMMARY:

Our client involved in the electrical industry requires an administrator to manage their clients enquiries and requirements. Excellent opportunity to learn and develop your product knowledge.

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric

Excellent communication skills, Afrikaans & English, spoken & written

Computer literate

Willing to learn new product lines

Experience on social media & Facebook - highly advantageous

Confident to deal telephonically with clients

Valid Drivers license and own transport

DUTIES

Online research compiling lists of resellers and installers applicable for their product range

Sending mailers to various companies engaging on product offering

Dealing with Electricians, Solar Installers and Water pump installers

Manage the company Facebook page answering all messages and enquiries

Assist with getting product information into the online products/shop

Dealing with suppliers to get relevant information and images to upload onto website and social media

Managing and updating price lists

Assist with invoicing and managing orders

Assist with marketing and advertising responses

Connect potential customers with re-sellers in their area

Drive the CRM process and interface

Manage LinkedIn – sharing posts, managing responses

Using XERO for quotes and invoices

Assist with stock control

Dealing with freight companies for costing of goods for customers

Perform any additional duties required within the company

Salary: R  dependent on experience
