Qualifications / Requirements:

Our valued client is looking to employ a Ops Admin Clerk to join their skilled and hard working team, with experience in both administration and technical:

• Administration:

-      Database management

-      Reception (answering the telephone), handling client queries, email queries and correspondence

-      Typing quotations and certificates etc

-      Extensive paperwork administration

• Technical:

-      Handling technical queries

-      Ordering spares for jobs

-      Supplier liaison

-      Stocktaking

-      Stock and stock database management

-      Basic quotations

• Must be able to learn about the equipment and technical specifications for the different types and spares used
