Tech Support Operator - Century City - R10,000-R12,000 per month

Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification

Able & willing to provident after-hours standby support on a rotation basis for technical site issues

Own transport (must be able to commute to work) within working hours

English and Afrikaans

Must have previous Support experience

Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Customer Service/Helpdesk experience

Able to follow guidelines

Networking experience beneficial (Advantageous)

DB query reading / writing skills beneficial (Advantageous)

Hardware configuration experience (Advantageous)

Touch typing (Advantageous)

Responsibilities:

Capture technical customer concerns / issues via email / telephone and investigate the cause

Run diagnostics in order to find and solve problems

Contact technicians to resolve problems

Use in house tools to prepare / test site equipment

Document work accurately and punctually

Provide after hour standby support on a rotation basis for technical site issues
