Team leader - Sport - Retail Store

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for dynamic Team leaders with who are passionate about sport, to join a well known Sport Retail store.

Areas of passion should be one of the following:-

• Outdoor(Hiking & Trekking, Fish, Hunting & Horse riding)
• Fitness
• Running
• Cycling
• Water Sports
• Teamsports

Key Requirements:-

• Must be able to empower and inspire your team
• Will be responsible for Recruiting, training and developing energetic team to deliver exceptional service and advice to customers.
• Foster an environment in which your team can grow, helping them to shape their career in a chosen area of expertise and passion.
• Be able to forecast your business and plan your team''s activities accordingly.
• Create the relevant conditions for success and develop your business to win lasting market share with a clear and measurable strategy.
• Carry out Management shifts and tasks.
