POSITION INFO:

a Well Established organisation in the motor industry is seeking the services of a Team Leader for their call centre in the Johannesburg, Gauteng area.

Min of 4 years experience as a Team leader in a call centre environment.

Motor Industry experience will be advantageous.

Must have a strong personality and leadership skills.

Must be Customer Focused with very high service level standards.

Experience in managing a team of call centre agents is essential,

Must have excellent communication skills at all levels
