This international accounting firm is looking for a Tax Manager to help add value and take their business to the next level. This company has been in operation in South Africa for over 60 years and their steady growth has allowed for international expansion. This company operates across a variety of industries and provides the chance to get involved in the companies’ operations and have hands on exposure and involvement with improving day to day operations. Applicant must be a driven, detail orientated with previous managerial experience.

Job Description:

Tax planning in indirect and direct taxes
Drafting of tax opinions
Dealing with policies and procedures
Managing the business unit’s annual budgets
Tax compliance and consulting
Annual and provisional tax returns
Dealing with SARS and SARS queries
Tax objections
Prepare and submit reports to key parties

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Completed BCom degree is essential
Postgraduate in Tax is preferred
Between 4 to 6 years tax experience is required
2 to 3 years managerial experience is essential
Experience in CaseWare and Greatsoft is essential
