POSITION INFO:

Our client, a JSE listed concern is looking to employ a Tax Compliance Manager to join their fast-growing team. The role will be responsible for corporate tax compliance for all entities within the group.

Education:

CA(SA)

Skills/Experience required:

6+ years post article experience
Corporate tax compliance experience for a large group

Job Description:

Income tax: Returns reviews and submissions
Income tax: Request for information (IT14SD) review and submissions
Provisional tax: Return reviews and submissions
Interim and yearend tax pack reviews
Interim and yearend tax disclosure reviews
Liaising with tax consultants in African countries
Tax compliance committee pack preparation
Remain up to date with changes in taxation legislation
