Tax Administrator / SARS Consultant
Salary: R15 000 – R20 000 per month
Location: Parklands, Cape Town (Office-based)

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tax Administrator / SARS Consultant to manage SARS-related matters for a portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will be confident working with SARS processes, strong in administration, and comfortable following up to ensure matters are resolved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Full administration and management of SARS eFiling
• Handling SARS audits (VAT, PAYE, and Income Tax)
• Managing tax registrations and deregistrations
• Preparing and submitting objections and appeals, and understanding when to apply them in the SARS process
• Income tax submissions for individuals (company submissions advantageous but not essential)
• Strong administrative support and consistent follow-ups
• Liaising directly with SARS, including telephonic queries and resolutions

• Proven experience working with SARS and eFiling
• Solid understanding of SARS processes and compliance
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Good communication skills and confidence to engage with SARS
• Deadline-driven and detail-oriented
• Related qualification, Diploma would be advantages

• Experience in an accounting or tax practice
• Exposure to company tax submissions
