Tax Administrator

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Tax Administrator to join our finance team in the Eastern Cape. The successful candidate will assist with tax compliance, preparation, and administration to ensure accurate and timely submissions in accordance with South African tax laws.

POSITION INFO:

• Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns (VAT, income tax, provisional tax, PAYE, etc.) for clients or the company.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date tax records and supporting documentation.

• Review and reconcile tax-related accounts to ensure compliance.

• Respond to queries from SARS and other regulatory bodies under supervision.

• Support the Tax Manager in preparing schedules, reports, and analyses for clients or internal purposes.

• Assist with audits or tax investigations as required.

• Keep up-to-date with relevant tax legislation and regulations.
