SUMMARY:
Our client, a large Accounting firm in Cape Town is currently looking to employ the following candidate:

Tax Accountant

To start as soon as possible

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Must have worked in the tax practitioner field for more than 3 to 5 years.
Qualified Accountant - Tax Practioner / Registered
SAIPA or SAICA Registered
Strong skills in working with SARS and SARS-related matters
The Candidate must have practical work knowledge with regard to Taxation including but not limited to the preparation of Income tax returns in respect of Individuals, Trusts, Companies, and Close Corporations, attending on objections and appeals to SARS, and must have the ability to interact on a regular basis with SARS’ Officials.
The candidate must be prepared to visit SARS Cape Town Branch for the purposes of dealing with SARS’ Officials with regard to various tax-related applications.
Excel Intermediate experience needed

Minimum Requirements:

Qualified Accountant
Own Transport
Clear Credit and Criminal Record
SAIPA or SAICA Registered
