Talent and Learning Specialist

SUMMARY:
We are currently looking for a Talent and Learning Specialist – a 4-month contract. Preferably someone that has strong knowledge of SDF (Skills Development Faciliatory), BBBEE Skills analytics, customer and cost management, project management, and very strong/organized admin.

POSITION INFO:

The purpose of this position is to plan, coordinate and implement learning and development programs in line with the company''s Learning and Development strategy.  This role will support the company business by ensuring effective learning and development initiatives are rolled out to contribute to improving individual and organizational effectiveness.

Scope:

Number of Countries: 7 across Sub-Saharan Africa

Number of Locations: 90 across the Company businesses

Number of BU’s: 3 – Pallets, Automotive, Weatherboard (Forestry & Milling)

Number of central functions: 3 – Global IT, Global Finance, Regional Supply Chain

Headcount: approx. 1600 FTE’s
