SUMMARY:
.MWoS is looking for a dynamic and critical thinking HR and Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a crucial role to ensure the business growth and success soars to new heights by building a pipeline of great teams.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Strategic Talent Acquisition, and Selection Process Requirements

Performance Outputs

  • Work closely with the Marketing and senior team to build the Employer Brand. Leverage Social Media and Paid Activity to promote roles.
  • Manage talent pools and succession plans to ensure the company can continue to operate in the future.
  • Work with Heads of Department to plan and predict capacity and hiring need.
  • Develop sustainable and strategic talent acquisition pipelines, working with HoDs.
  • Source and find candidates qualified for open positions.
  • Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast.
  • Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.).
  • Review employment applications and background check reports.
  • Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process.
  • Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience.
  • Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team as it grows.
  • Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Attend career and college fairs, and similar events.
  • Determine HR and recruiting KPIs.
  • Reduce recruitment fees, by planning strategic initiatives such as promotion of employee referral programs.

  • Work with the Heads of Department to establish and monitor and report on onboarding processes

ASSIST WITH HR REPORTING | ADMINISTRATION:

  • Provide detailed HR reports to senior management teams.
  • Administration of employee-related paperwork, such as offer letters, employment contracts, new starter packs, or formal notices of termination.

 

REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications

 

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar relevant field.
     

 Experience/Skills

 

  • 3-5 Years of experience as a Talent Specialist or similar HR or recruitment role.
  • In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources law is preferred.
  • Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, video, assignments, psychological test etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards.
  • Experience with HR software, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools.
