SUMMARY:
Communicate Recruitment is looking to appoint a Talent Researcher with the drive to understand talent, help others develop, & connect their skills to meaningful work. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical and interpersonal skills and loves to work collaboratively with others in meeting goals. As a Talent Researcher, you can expect to receive the tools and training to advance your career.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Pnet, Careers24, etc)

Partner with recruiters to determine position requirements

Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)

Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our CRM system)

Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities

Skills & Experience:

Solid verbal and written communication skills

Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates

Effective time-management abilities

Qualification:

Grade 12

Degree (Highly Advantageous)
