SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Talent Office Administrator, for a permanent vacancy, based in Cape Town, Western Cape

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

Grade 12 with a B.Degree in HR Management
2+ years in-house recruitment administration experience
Able to multitask, great organizational skills and time management ability
Good communication skills

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

Assist with full function recruitment – placing advertisements, identifying candidates, schedule interviews and perform background checks
Maintain schedules and coordinate activities / events
Update recruitment tracker, scanning and filing
Maintain personnel records
Order stationery and on boarding working tools
Booking flights and accommodation – domestic & international
General assistance to HR Manager

Salary: R10 000.00 – R12 000.00 per month
