We are looking for a Talent Coordinator for one of our Automotive Industry Campaign.  This is an urgent position.

  • Sourcing of Service Providers responsible for the sourcing, recruitment & placement of youth
  • Onboarding Process
  • Induction
  • Placement into Departments
  • Training & Development
  • Performance Management / Feedback Surveys
  • IR Related issues / Transgressions & Resignations
  • Talent Retention/Placement
  • Management of budget
  • Management of Headcount
  • Management of Timesheets & Payroll 
  • Management of Leave Request (Annual, Sick, Unpaid, Family Resp.)
  • Maintaining relationships between Organisation & Service Providers
