Onboarding Process
Induction
Placement into Departments
Training & Development
Performance Management / Feedback Surveys
IR Related issues / Transgressions & Resignations
Talent Retention/Placement
Management of budget
Management of Headcount
Management of Timesheets & Payroll
Management of Leave Request (Annual, Sick, Unpaid, Family Resp.)
Maintaining relationships between Organisation & Service Providers
