SUMMARY:
Is providing accurate data, analytics, reports and recommendations in order to support the Talent Management services your passion? Then our client, a FMCG Corporate, currently seeks your skills and expertise to join them on a 12-month fixed term contract.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Business/HR/Organisational Psychology or equivalent.
  • Min 1 to 2 years’ talent or recruitment administration experience.
  • Experience in Consumer Products or FMCG environment an added advantage.
  • Develop business and financial acumen.
  • Excellent administrative and numeric skills, with proven delivery of high quality, detailed and accurate work.
  • Strong focus on achieving results.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office & relevant software packages

Key Performance Areas:

  • Assist Group Talent Management in capability development, activity logistics, planning and deployment of any talent related requirements for the Group.
  • In co-ordination with the Talent Management Specialist, assist in ensuring that all relevant talent management activities are supported and deployed.
  • Provide a cross-departmental co-ordination talent data, talent dashboard activities and update data on a quarterly basis.
  • Support the Country HR teams to achieve the desired shift in talent data and reporting skills.
  • Support the co-ordination and deployment of the company''s Employee Engagement survey.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist with the co-ordination of interviews, assessments and other acquisition related activities.
  • Support the governance in the evolution of Talent management capability across the business.
  • Facilitate the distribution of the talent management framework, tools and standards to meet future business needs.
  • Assist in the maintenance and updating of all Talent Database requirements.
  • Serve as the custodian of the talent dashboard and ensure that the dashboard is kept up to date and the KPIs for talent management are correctly being measured and demonstrated on the dashboard.
  • Capture and ensure that all talent data, psychometric tracker and invoicing processes are documented and shared with the Talent Management team.
  • Review and keep up to date with all budget actuals and recharges.
  • Ensure all trackers are completed and kept up to date for Psychometrics.
  • Assist with the deployment and co-ordination of audits of talent data, psychometrics and talent management in general across the Group.
  • Capture any new vendors onto the system and ensure that all invoicing meets the required procurement guidelines.

Competencies:

  • Impressive, demonstrable track record and skills/experience gained within a similar position(s), at a similar level.
  • Proactive with a willing, ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise, and manage demands from multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage at management level.
