Excellent opportunity with top performing investment group. Support the Talent Manager be responsible for The Talent Acquisition Specialist will drive the talent acquisition strategy based on business needs and industry trends, ensuring the organisation continues to attract the best talent to support the
business goals. In addition, the role will source and guide candidates and business stakeholders throughout the entire talent acquisition process, ensuring a personalised candidate experience and a seamless hiring manager experience.

Qualifications and experience

Relevant tertiary qualification (Min National Diploma) coupled with 7 years corporate and/or relevant specialist search experience which includes the full talent attraction, talent acquisition and talent management life cycle.
A proven track record of organisation and industry wide search expertise across senior specialist and leadership roles.
A proven history of conducting market mapping analyses within the financial services sector will be highly advantageous.
High degree of computer literacy/google searches/applicant tracking systems
