Cartrack is a world-leading and listed smart mobility tech company with over 1,350,000 subscribers across 23 countries, and we’re looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to successfully source and entice top global talent to join our high growth, entrepreneurial global operation. The role is focused on finding Sales Executives in Thailand to service this region, therefore we are seeking an individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment that includes bulk recruitment.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the full end-to-end global talent acquisition process
Source global talent through innovative and creative platforms
Identify candidates that have the skill and experience for a specific role
In addition, identify candidates that are aligned with our unique culture
Approach, entice and headhunt potential candidates to join our global team
Build strong internal relationships with hiring managers and key internal stakeholders
Ensure all talent acquisition documentation is accurate, validated and stored correctly
Requirements
5 years talent acquisition experience with a reputable agency or corporate organization
Located in Bangkok – not negotiable
Well-developed talent sourcing and enticing capability
Fluent in Thai and English (written and verbal)
Good communication skills and ability to engage candidates from foreign countries
High level of interpersonal skills
Ability to excel in a fast, high performing global company
High level of admin organization and process skills
Preferable - 2 years’ experience in a global talent acquisition role
Preferable - Relevant qualification
