SUMMARY:
Talent Acquisition Officer, FMCG Industry, Centurion, Gauteng (R 25K to R39K per month)

POSITION INFO:

TMAIN PURPOSE FOR THE ROLE:

• To report to the Talent Manager and will be based at the Centurion Offices.
• To play a pivotal role in the business whose career demonstrates passion, innovative ideas, and confidence.

MINIMUM KEY COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

• National Diploma or B. Degree in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology.
• 2 - 3 years of high-volume recruitment experience.
• Social Media recruitment experience is essential.
• Sound experience recruiting for manufacturing roles.
• Seasoned In-house recruitment, as well as previous experience within a recruitment agency, would be preferable.
• Sound Excel, and Powerpoint experience essential.
• PowerBI is an advantage.
• Highly honed experience in Recruitment Reporting
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, work in a very fast-paced environment, and with highly confidential information.
• Valid Drivers'''''''''''''''' License
• Willingness to travel to various regions in South Africa.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:            

• Communicate with recruitment agencies currently on PSL, brief them on the positions, and act as their point of contact for receiving resumes & feedback.
• Build a Proactive Recruitment Pipeline
• Talent Sourcing; finding suitable candidates through the use of various recruitment platforms.
• Take a detailed brief from the hiring managers and HRBP’s/HRP regarding their recruitment needs.
• Support the HRBP’s/HRP by managing all C Band Recruitment and assisting Talent manager with D-Band Recruitment from time to time.
• Shortlist selected candidates and screen comprehensively.
• Sell the Business values and EVP to prospective candidates.
• Provide the Hiring Team with a detailed shortlist of screened candidates & their CVs.
• Provide the Hiring Team with a detailed Salary Breakdown & Offer Proposal
• Produce/assist with recruitment reports as and when required Aim to create diversity with regards to race & gender
• Manage reporting for relevant metrics in the Talent Acquisition team.
• Manage all candidates through the selection process, providing a high level of candidate care.
• Make sure all recruitment procedures are completed in line with company policy.
• Make & negotiate offers to successful candidates.
• Conduct preliminary Interviews with all short-listed candidates and ensure they are aligned to the role & team dynamics.
• Conduct Personal Accreditation Verification on and References Checks on all successful candidates.
• Assist with coordination of feeder scheme recruitment (management trainees, bursars, and in-service trainees) from marketing, advertising, career fair exhibitions, and the full recruitment cycle.
• Arrange interviews with HRBP’s/HRP and hiring manager utilizing MS Teams or arranging face-to-face interviews.
