SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

• Execute transactional requisition-to-order process efficiently and in accordance with the procedures described in procurement policies.
• Execute Procurement Related Administration
• Convert requisition to PO using appropriate frame contract if available.
• PO Management – Opening and Closing Purchase Order
• Coupa Training for requestors
• Execute buying (Request Quotations) where applicable, route strategic projects to Category Managers for resolution.
• Work proactively with internal clients to identify, forecast and optimize demand and standardize specifications to reduce TCO.
• Conduct spend and customer requirements analysis.
• Negotiate terms and conditions that are favorable to and enforcing the use of standard terms and conditions where possible. Ensuring that “tail spend” are managed under the terms and conditions.
• Maintenance of supplier catalogues and managing supplier pricing
• Monitor PO status, supplier confirmation and delivery.
• Identify possible late deliveries and try to minimize related risks and issues, escalate in case of need.
• Provide high quality service to internal customers in response to system, email or telephone enquiries.
• Manage suppliers: Facilitate Commercial and Operational Supplier Performance Management where applicable.
• Understand the procurement SLA and demonstrate commitment to fulfill KPI targets
