TYRES COUNTER SALES REP – POLOKWANE

SUMMARY:
To provide a sales service in order to contribute to the wholesale departments’ profitability and growth and maintain customer service excellence

POSITION INFO:

Duties:

• Provide customer service excellence within the branch to retail and corporate customers
• Organize, develop and lead Branch Operators.
• Implement administrative and financial procedures to ensure customer needs and company standards and procedures are met.
• Manage self to improve personal effectiveness.

 

Requirements:

• Strong compliance, integrity and ethical behaviour at all times
• Effective interpersonal, selling, negotiation and communication skills at all levels.
• A minimum of 2 years internal sales representative experience in the tyre industry.
• A minimum of 2 years consumer and commercial tyre knowledge/experience.
• Sound working knowledge of Admin systemsand Computer systems.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

 

Qualifications:

Grade 12 (Matric)

Marketing qualification would be an advantage.

 

Remuneration:

Up to R21000 CTC (including Med Aid and Provident Fund) plus commission
