TYRE SALES REPRESENTATIVES – PORT ELIZABETH

SUMMARY:
To service existing customer to ensure customer needs are met, customer service excellence is maintained, and to identify and obtain new business.

POSITION INFO:

Duties:

• Execute plans to service existing customers to grow the customer base and meet agreed annual sales plan.
• Prepare and execute annual area action plans
• Prepare and execute annual product plans
• Implement administrative and procedures to ensure customer needs and Company standards and procedures are met.
• Develop and improve Company customer base and sales.
• Manage self to improve personal effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Marketing diploma or similar qualification would be an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Effective communication and selling skills
• Ability to work independently
• A passion to succeed in a challenging environment.
• A minimum of 5 years sales experience in the OTR and commercial tyres or similar sales experience will be an advantage
• Only SA Citizens

Remuneration:

R25 000-00 (negotiable) plus company car, cell phone, Medical Aid, Pension plus Monthly Incentive Scheme
