SUMMARY:
To attend to clients needs by attending to their fleet site requirements and needs and ensure SLA is met
POSITION INFO:
Duties:
1. Attend to customer on-site and deliver service and sales (24/7) as per the customer’s Service Level Agreements to meet agreed annual sales plan.
2. Develop business plans with reporting line manager to meet and improve customer base and sales,
3. Maintain client base and increase the sales volumes,
4. Manage the activities of the service van to ensure all procedures are met,
5. Manage the stocks of the service van,
6. Complete job cards and fleet inspections and associated paperwork
7. Maintain Customer Services
Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12).
Valid Code 10 Driver’s Licence plus valid PDP
Previous external cold calling and selling experience in Truck and passenger tyres
Position requires physical work: fitting & stripping of tyres / wheel balancing / surveys/ scraps /etc
Good computer skills
Must be from the Mbombela area
