Suncoast Casino is looking for passionate, enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and grow themselves into a fully trained Dealer.
This is an opportunity to be a part of an 8-week Dealer Training Programme, which upon completion, could open many doors within the Gaming industry. If this is an offer that excites you, send in your application and you could be the newest addition to our family.
On successful completion of the Dealer Training Programme candidates must be able to:
- process all game transactions smoothly while strictly complying with company policies and procedures;
- perform cash and chip transactions with 100% accuracy;
- impress customers with positive and professional service;
- monitor guest play; and
- work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately.
If you have the following qualifications and abilities, apply to join our Dealer Training Programme: Matric (NQF 4) and numeracy skills (NQF 4), are physically able to stand for long periods of time, are quick thinking with an ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment. Previous customer service experience involving cash handling will be a definite advantage.
