Job Description

Our Client has an opportunity for an energetic professional to join their team in the capacity of the QA Manager

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:

• Controlling quality, training, internal auditing, aiding investigations for customer complaints; and ensuring remedial action is promptly taken to ensure the issue does not occur again

• Preparing and updating controlled documents were necessary
• Ensuring the general implementation and understanding of the Quality procedures and site quality manuals requirements

Qualifications

• Matriculation
• Diploma in Food Technology

Skills

• Minimum 4 years relevant experience in a Food Technologist role
• Citrus / fruit export experience is essential
• Paltrak and / Dev -X and the Quality Management Systems (QMS) experience is essential
• HACCP, TACCP and VACCP training essential
