Job Description

Our Client has an opportunity for a Mature individual to join their team in the Capacity of a Deboning Manager . The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:

• Develop plans and requirements for inputs and raw materials and technical specifications
• Develop production plans according to the energies of the various units in coordination with the Department of sales
• Follow-up processes and stages of production with all the posts and the application of rules and principles of industry and access to the maximum production capacity
• Knowledge of meat cuts, standards, HACCP, ISO, administration and reporting skills
• Issue reports slaughter and production of daily and periodic reports.
• Be able to quickly adapt to changing customer needs.

•  Minimum 5 years experience on the same role
• Computer literate
