Our client is a leading supplier of food ingredients nationally

Job Description

Your responsibility is to Ensure that

• Customer statements sent out timeously (5 days after month end)
• Remittance advice must be obtained for all payments.
• Correct procedure followed when altering customer credit limits
• No non-approved (COD) customers are transacting on credit
• New accounts are opened within 3 days
• Trade references of new accounts are checked to ensure positive credit history
• New account information is verified – information is accurate and sufficient
• A file is opened for all new account within 2 days

Qualifications

• Matric
• Diploma or Certificate in Accounting 

Skills

• 3 years experience in a similar role
• Computer Literate- Syspro, Ms Officer, Q Docs
• Administrative
• Attention to detail
