Job Description

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Develop from scratch creative and innovative flavours.
• Development of savoury & Sweet flavours suitable for specific applications
• Compounding of samples
• Co-ordinate and run development trials with customers
• Development of product application formulations
• Investigate new ingredients and technologies to provide innovative solutions
• Maintain and compile technical documentation for products developed

Qualifications

BSc Food Science/Chemistry  or Equivalent  

Skills

• 5+ years experience in the flavour industry
• Previous work experience on  creating sweet and savoury flavouring from scratch
